We offer free shipping for all orders posted within Australia, using Australia Post Standard Delivery.

Express shipping is available for all orders posted within Australia at a flat rate of $12.00 per order.

Please check over your order upon arrival and in the unlikely event you receive an item with a defect, please email us at hello@kiaraellis.com.au including a photo and brief description, within 7 days of delivery, for further advice.

Please note, products damaged from incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.

During major events including standard discount sales, seasonal events including but not limited to Christmas and Easter, dispatch may take a little longer than normal. We will endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
